Opening times

Heathgate Surgery Poringland

Our surgery in Poringland is accessible between 8am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.  We do not close for lunch.  Between 6pm and 6.30pm, we are accessible in person through our doorbell service.  There is signage to this effect on our front door. 

Our telephone lines are open 8am to 6pm in Practice and managed via an accredited NHS call handling service between 6pm and 6.30pm.  The call handling service has a direct route to our team between these times. 

Our digital online consultation service is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.30pm. 

Our Practice is participating in an Extended Access Scheme providing additional access to different health care professionals.  Working within a group of nine local Practices, between us, we offer a range of appointments between 6.30pm and 8pm weekdays, some early mornings from 7am and between 9am and 5pm on Saturdays, from at least one of the participating Practice sites.  Please contact our reception team for more details. 

Rockland St Mary Surgery 

Our branch site at Rockland St Mary is accessible:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8.30am to 12 noon and 2.30pm to 5pm.

When the surgery at Rockland St Mary is not accessible, a full range of services is available at our Poringland site.
